This morning I felt the urge to write a quick blog - sorry, I know it's been a while!

I decided to do a different Yoga routine due to some tightness that I'd been feeling in my chest and heart area. Here is a link to Brett Larkins video (I would suggest that this is an intermediate level class):

This Yoga class is really well paced (not too fast) and is explained really well. After the class ended I decided to listen to some frequencies for the heart energy centre (chakra). Here is the link to that video:

During my meditation I began to cry and could literally feel the warmth of Gods love comforting and healing me in this area. It's very easy to get carried away in life. Taking time to pause and do something that addresses a specific "need" that your mind, body and spirit is calling out for is like nurturing and hugging your sweet inner child. Each pain, thought and feeling that we experience can be noted and processed in an appreciative and helpful way. Tuning in in this way assists us at becoming the limitless and unconditional beings of light and love that we truly are destined to be.
